i was talking to some oregon fan today. they brought up the auburn topic, saying: "WE should be national champions." i said what i wrote above, and that person says: "yeah, but WE didn't pay a quarter million to ..." i fucking hate oregon fans and really, really hope the ncaa wipes its ass with them before FB season starts.
They have easily replaced USC and UDub as the most reviled fan base in the Pac-12. No small feat, that. While the NCAA is investigating Oregon's use of Lyles as an agent for Texas players it should also look into the cozy cut-rate rental arrangements athletes get at the new Kilkenny-financed luxury apartments right next to the basketball arena.
