i was talking to some oregon fan today. they brought up the auburn topic, saying: "WE should be national champions."
i said what i wrote above, and that person says: "yeah, but WE didn't pay a quarter million to ..."

i fucking hate oregon fans and really, really hope the ncaa wipes its ass with them before FB season starts.

They have easily replaced USC and UDub as the most reviled fan base in the Pac-12. No small feat, that.

While the NCAA is investigating Oregon's use of Lyles as an agent for Texas players it should also look into the cozy cut-rate rental arrangements athletes get at the new Kilkenny-financed luxury apartments right next to the basketball arena.

Imagine how insufferable they'll become if they ever win a title...

SEC conspiracy theorists are saying ESPN let Roberts publish first so their story could be the knockout blow to Auburn. I laughed.

I actually like the players and coaches they have. The fans? Hell, it's like football was invented when they got good.

Not being up on my weed as Tom Petty is, I had no idea the fake stuff was "highly addictive." Total threadjack here but that would affect the nature of the marijuana debate.
