My god, I would eat the everloving hell out of that pizzaco. Only without the onions.

That thought crossed my mind as well.

Anyone can say they made chili. How many people can say they made a 6-pound bacon log and came back a year later to make about a 6 pound super-sized pizza taco? It's about pushing the limits, making something extroardinarily tasty and unhealthy. It's about grossing out the girlfriends and fiances at the party and having a cool story to tell.

We've seen his avatar make chili, and it didn't go well.

The key is to undercook the onions and overcook the beans.

I might shit five pounds after eating that, therefore a net loss of two.

Nice to have this thread get bumped up tonight.

The 4th Annual Blue Ribbon Baconfest will be later this month here in Des Moines. This local bacon spiel is getting bigger every year. They are planning on having a Bacon Explosion taste test.

No lie. I'm doing everything I can not to go. I could drown in bacon fat.

UPDATE: I'm about one hour into cooking this monstrosity.

Preliminary estimates lead me to believe this massive bacon, ham, and beef filled super calzone will be about 8.4 pounds with out butter and sauces.

    The full list of ingredients.

Two spicy chicken supreme Digiorno pizzas. A pound and a half of ground beef a pound and a half of bacon (in weave format) a pound of diced ham, a pound and a half of cheese sticks, a half pound of shredded cheese.
