Barnes & Noble is criminal

Borders' CDs and DVDs are insanely expensive.

 

Yeah but who's buying CDs and DVDs there?

Half.com for the flicks. (I get all my DVDs for like $4-7 + shipping)
AllofMP3.com for the tunes. (Get a whole CD for like $2.13, then download it to a rewritable disc for free.)

 

Allofmp3.com won't take my credit card anymore.

 

When I travel during baseball, I usually go in Borders to kill an hour or two during a morning. Sometimes, I'll find a CD or DVD that I'd like to listen to on a plane the next couple of days, but it's so ridiculous, I'll just try ITunes.
Also, another complaint I have about Borders - especially the one on Michigan Ave in Chicago.
Poorly organized for a big store.
