Uh, yeah, Dusty is still the reason the Cubs suck.

I think AQB would start with Jim Hendry, followed by Aaron Heilman

This Mauer kid can hit a bit.

If I'm a Pirate fan I'm wondering why Maholm keeps busting him Theriot inside.

And the Parade of Suck from the Cubs' bullpen begins.

He'll look good in a Mets uniform when the cheap-ass Twinkies can no longer "afford" him in a couple of years. He'll love working with Johan again.

Tribe comes back to win. Fans cheer. Team still in last place. Wedge still has a job.

    Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!

How the fuck do you give up a 10-0 lead to a last place team?

Victor Martinez hits a two-run single to cap a seven-run rally in the bottom of the ninth as the Indians beat the Rays, 11-10.

Jason Isringhausen came on to "close" and promptly walked the first three batters he faced before giving up the hit to Martinez.

Anyone know what is the Yankees' record since A-Rod came back?

I don't know that Mauer is as much an avowed sportman as Hrbek is - but Hrbek's outdoors show is pretty good.

Or I'm just still a Hrbek fangirl. :D

Spnited, you have Santana - leave my Mauer alone!

Nope. The Mets will give the Twinkies another bunch of mediocre (and cheap) prospects ;D

Oh no, you can't have it both ways. First you rag on him for being a softie, then you're suiting him up in a Mets uniform.

    Uh-nuh. Not happening.

St. Paul boy is staying right where he's at.
