sp - Livvy just had a 1-2-3 first. That's been his trouble inning. Get him while he's hot!

If they swung a deal for Milledge, damn, how much would I love that? Sumbitch could high five everybody he wanted, I'd be right behind him.

    Envy what?

Frank Thomas just took Mussina deep. Not very deep but it got out. Warmed my heart.
    Not a big Mussina fan.

    I said SPEED never slumps.

Not the ability to get on-base.

Alicia Silverstone... go elsewhere with your Vince Coleman/Soriano comparison.

You're right, fro. Speed never slumps. Those speed guys can get back to the dugout all that much quicker when they've made another out.

How many World Series did the Yankees win when they had Mr. On Base, Alfonso Soriano, on their team?

He's a good player who has had a great 2006 so far. By year's end, I'm sure he'll be what he's always been: Much, much more valuable in fantasy leagues than in real life.

You mean how Soriano can turn a routine single into an extra-base hit early this week on a routine, slow-rolling grounder? His defense won't ever catch up to his bat, that's for sure.

A manager who wouldn't send Hernandez out for the eighth when he's over 100 pitches so he can get lit and lose *** oh, wait, you mean in trade?

If Patterson is involved, Milledge is taking up residence in the nation's capital. Along with at least two of his closest top prospect buddies.

How about Victor Diaz? He taught Lastings everything he knows.

Soler comes through big tonight. How's about giving Petey some runs tomorrow and let's pull a four-game sweep out of this one. Poor Diamondbacks are in shock right now with all the Grimsley crap.
