    Just for you, Hankie-poo:

    Minnesota 82 67 (2008 payroll = 56,932,766)

    Detroit 70 77 (2008 payroll = 137,290,196)

    And before I forget.

Fuck the whiny little bitch Astros announcers who spent the last three hours pissing and moaning how hard it was on their team to have to play just five hours after flying out of a hurricane zone and into Milwaukee.

Uh, that's your cockbag owner's fault. If Drayton McLane wasn't a cheap, soulless fucking asshole this series would have been moved by Thursday night and your players - and their families, if necessary - could have blown town before the storm started. That way Zambrano could have no-hit them on Saturday afternoon instead of Sunday night.

    Shut. The. Fuck. Up.

Actually, I meant the Twins couldn't complete the sweep against a swooning Baltimore.

And even if the Mets make the playoffs, if they have Luis Ayala as their closer, they won't deserve it. I still think they're going to choke like they did last year.

If the Mets make the playoffs, even with Luis Ayala, they'll definitely deserve it. Maybe more than they would have with Wagner. He's pitched effectively enough to be a significant contributor to their impressive turnaround.

I don't think they'll choke, and it certainly won't be favorly comparable to last year's collapse. Almost nothing would.

Perfect capper on a fantastic weekend for the Brewers: Watching the pitcher they hate most throw a no-hitter in their own ballpark.

Gutless douchenozzles. Good thing the Brewers were so loose on the road for this series, like Corey Hart said, because I would've hate to have seen how poorly they played if they were tight.

Phillies pull even with the Brewers in the NL Wild Card. Ryan Howard may get some MVP consideration, even though his average sucks, for his August/September.

And the White Sox have blown a 7-0 lead. 7-7 now.

Point remains, Minnesota couldn't beat the "quitters" head to head in the last series (and had they done that they'd be leading the Central).

And the "quitters" just tied the game tonight.
