I'm rooting for Minnesota to win, but only to win the Central.

After all, I can't jump off the Rays bandwagon.

If we can get a Rays-Twins ALCS, I will be the happiest person on Earth.

Well, other than BYH, who will never, ever shut up about it.

How about those Cincinnasty Reds? Three hits over 10 innings, thankfully two were homers.

God knows how bad this team would be if the pitching sucked.

Because he sucks. He has always sucked.

    But people keep signing him.

    *sigh*

Love the sig. I wonder what sneering, "what me worry?" bullshit Yost came up with this time.

Of course, the Brewers can't hit a nun in a parallel universe, so what does it matter?

Glad I got tickets to the game in Cincinnati next Sunday, I'd better not speak all week to store up wrath for Mr. Career-Soon-To-Be-Dead Serial Choker. Front row, baby, front row. The invective will flow.

    FUCK!

I was wondering why Ozzie sent Wise in for Anderson who, while not a great hitter, had homered earlier in the day. I guess Ozzie was right.

Sox now 1.5 up, 2 in the loss column. 10-game road trip starts tomorrow in Yankee Stadium. It will be weird seeing the Yanks trying to play the role of spoiler.

Once again, it's Ryan Braun who actually speaks up about this shit: http://blogs.jsonline.com/brewers/archive/2008/09/14/braun-quot-a-complete-and-total-disaster-quot.aspx

But then there's Nedly: "There's no doubt in my mind that we can get it turned around. We've just been going through a rough stretch. You don't give up. You keep pushing until you break through."

Last time Braun did that, the Brewers went on a run. Though it must be said, he's hit as poorly as anyone in September. I feel embarrassed now for making a MVP argument a week ago.

As for Ned, the last time he said that was ... oh yeah ... every other FUCKING game they've choked away.

Attanassio should take Sabathia's salary out of Yost's pocket just for spite.
