    Isn't he a vegetarian? (nothing surprises me more than the fact that *he* is a vegetarian). I wouldn't mind if he did. Would make me breathe a little easier 16 times a year.

    On the bright side, Manuel's pregame meeting really worked for the pitchers. did the position players come? maybe their meeting is tomorrow.

    That's .002 to you, buster. And I don't know where you found your career numbers. This year, Timmy Knuckles is 0-1 with 11 hits allowed, 8 BB, 5 K's and one beanball in two starts at Tropicana Field. Wakefield vs. Garza? I'll take Garza.

    We cannot overemphasize this enough: Jeff Francoeur worked a pitcher for a walk.

    (I don't think anybody's ever been able to post that before.)
