If I was Francona there I would have stared down Girardi--who started this shit on Thursday when he had some no-name rook try to behead Pedroia--and told him to GFH.

 

I haven't seen a call made yet, and the only other questionable call I can think of where a warning was given out was when a ball went over A-Rod's head and looked to brush his shoulder or something.
