Maybe their contributors are unaware of said debunking.

As long as Cooperstown is still the birthplace of baseball, I'll be fine.

That looks even less reliable than Wiki. Hard to do. :D

And this right here is why the Yankees are not going to win in October.

The one time I actually want the fuckers to win a game and they implode.

When did Burnett morph into Chien-Ming Wang?

So Blake double, leaving runners at second & third with two outs and Mudville trailing 4-2.

If Casey was the best player, shouldn't they have walked him intentionally, or were they unwilling to put the winning run on base?

Good thing he struck out or the visiting team's manager would have really been second guessed.

Intentional walks were considered ungentlemanly. Not a strategy for sporting men.

Oh, they're still ungentlemanly (in my eyes, anyway).

Plunk the bastard if you want to let him on base easily.

Huge mess of bees in the bleachers at Dodger Stadium right now. Not affecting the game, but fans have had to kind of evacuate that section.

Buck Showalter would have intentionally walked Casey...WITH THE BASES LOADED.
