Zeke, you may not want to get your radio working.

And yes, it's important, BUT the Twins do have a series with the Tigers in Comerica in a week and a half.

Dye just hit a three-run shot to give the Sox a 7-6 lead in the 8th. He doesn't play in Boston or New York, but Dye deserves serious MVP consideration. Ortiz is likely a lock, but Dye has more big hits than anyone for the league's top offense.

I'll get this back on the baseball thread, instead of that stupid thread Rube started.

Hey Zeke, are you enjoying today's gift? :D

The White Sox are done. Even when they win, they gived up too many hits and runs.

Yankees are in first place in the WC. Beware, right?

Like I said in the other thread, if you had told me the Tigers would sweep, I would have said you were crazy. Taking two out of three from the hottest team in baseball is pretty damn good.

Most of the time you won't get two errors in a row like that. Just one of those games, but that's baseball.

And like you said, zeke, the White Sox lost. Tigers face an AL Central opponent and have the same division lead as before the series.

On a side note, Tigers are the first team to 70 wins.

In true Cub fashion these fucks are going to win just enough down the stretch to give Hendry the cover he needs to bring Baker back.

But I love the fact they shoved it up the Cardinals' ass this weekend.

10-6 since the break...appears the young starting pitching is finally coming around.
