Should've picked them off at first.

Thank god Mauer got a walk. A fourth hit would have had Rick Stain questioning his value. ;D

Justin Morneau has a stress fracture in his back, done for the rest of the year.

    Rest easy, Tigers fans.

Well of course he does. He's wiped out from carrying that singles-hitting catcher on his back.

The Rangers need either the Red Sox or Angels to sweep this week's series one way or the other. A 2-1 series either way won't be good enough, especially since Texas is already one down to Oakland and Brett FUCKING Tomko.

The Rangers are fucked b/c they are located in a small market. [/intracrossthreading]

Hey, dickhead, did you love the way your boys Kendry Morales, Howie Kendrick and Mike Napoli came through for the Angels in the 8th inning tonight?
If only Scioscia wasn't such a horseshit manager ...

I hope somebody buys them and moves their asses to Portland so we can get an NL team in here.

Yes. One inning has changed my mind about Scioscia. Thank you for pointing that out.

Kendry (Not the MVP) Morales, whose career has been stifled by Scioscia, "drives in" the tying run by hitting into a doube play with the bases-loaded and none out.
Howie Kendrick, another BYH Hall of Famer, then strands the go-ahead run on third base.
And Mike Napoli seals the BYH superstar trifecta by giving away the go-ahead run with a throw into left-field on a stolen base attempt.

Fucking Scioscia to loses another one with his bad managing.

Yes. One inning means you are correct and Scioscia is awesome. I am glad we had such a sizable sample with which to make this determination.
