Nah, not that superstitious. Just not a lot of time this week.

And TSP, Twins are still a half-game back after today.

Francisco Liriano eats half games and shits out Cole Hamels.

All before most people get out of bed.

Nobody talks about Cole Hamels that way. Liriano is a joke compared to Cole.

You couldn't honestly expect them to do that, could you? Such an emotional game can drain a team, so the loss tonight shouldn't be a huge shock.

LA's been beat by a lot of inferior teams at home this season. I mean, there are 162 games, and you're not going to beat every inferior team every time. And the Pirates have gone 7-2 since Sept. 9, which includes a sweep of the New York Mets, who only needed one win in that three-game set to clinch the NL East. The Mets didn't get it, so they had to wait until they beat whoever on Monday to clinch.

In fact, the Bucs own the best record in the NL Central since the All-Star Break. Think about that.

Twins knock around the Red Sox pen for four in the eighth, lead 5-2.

El Tigres up 4-1 on Chicago in the sixth.

If those scores hold up, I think you can stick a fork in Chicago.
