I think he's going to go around 100. That's just what I heard from a friend, though. Haven't seen or heard anything.

For his first start, he was at 90, so it would make sense for the second start to be 100.

I'm encouraged regardless. This almost looks like Prior.

Nats lose 3-2 in ninth for their fifth in a row.
About a three hour rain delay to come back and play five minutes of baseball.
The Nats' gas crew must lead the league in two-strike hits allowed. Finish the damn job.

We thank you. They're now 3-7 with me in the house.

They're avoiding teams good pitchers and still getting it shoved up their asses.

    Oh well.

Actually, it was Isringhausen who gave up the two-run homer in the ninth to tie the game.

Polanco hit the double off Tyler Johnson (I think that's who it was).

And the White Sox won't lose either, dammit.

How about 2005 AL MVP David Ortiz today?

I wonder who that poster was that tried to tell you that Morneau is not another Rob Deer, that he's a much better hitter than that.

Oh yeah. It was me. :)

And Cub fans should at least have something to be happy about soon. Derrek Lee could be back Monday.

How about some love for Joe Crede, an American League 3B who's probaly the best at his position defensively, has proven to be a clutch hitter and this year is hitting over .300. If he can hit for average consistently, he's an All-Star for the next decade.

Without his grand slam today in the 7th, the Sox wouldn't have kept pace with the Tigers.

Lou, where did you hear Edwin Jackson was hurt? He pitched two innings last night for the DRays, who are apparently looking at him as a potential closer.

  11. First off BYH - U R GAY!

Your continued use of that wicked gay picture just proves the obvious. How long do you go from being bi-curious to just being gay? Is that time frame longer than how long you've had that Billy Squire picture?

Jackson had an elbow or shoulder injury last year - that's why he only got Danys Baez in return last year. At one point he was rated much better than Kazmir.

(I'm pretty drunk right now so I'm going to see how much money i can waste playing poker online you prancing pony you - say hello to Marriotti you queer bastard)
