Rub it in, why don't you, that both my teams are by far the worst in the game. ;)

Saying the Royals aren't the worst team in baseball is as refreshing as a nice, tall glass of IHOP chocolate milk. ;)

How is Charlie Manuel still employed?

Leyland is watching all the young Tiger arms pretty carefully. Like you said, Verlander is being watched, but he's also being careful with Zumaya out of the pen.

IN a month or so, Maroth could be coming back, so that's another arm. They also have Wil Ledezma, who could make a spot start or two (he started in AAA and was a major league starter last year). THey could even bring up one of their top prospects, Humberto Sanchez, for a start or two like they did last year with Verlander.

Not that I needed any conversion, but Papi has hit three mammoth HRs to tough parts of one of the most difficult HR parks in the majors.

    Wow.

He's hit three bombs the past two days of at least 430 feet.

cubs are next on our list...

seriously, you could argue the royals are better than a couple of nl teams because the nl is that much worse. especially the nl central vs. the al central

i'm convinced he has tom gordon on his fantasy team... there are several situiations it seems like he lets other guys give up runs to set up a save situation and then put gordon on for one out and the save. and, well, i love him for it

Do you think Willie fucking Randolph would have the sense to get Alay Soler the fuck out of this game before he does any more fucking damage.
I trhink we've seen enough of Soler ... for tonight and forever.

Dude c'mon, usually those grand slams tend to settle a pitcher down.

Yeah by all means, Soler and Norfolk should get comfortable with each other, John Maine appears to be healthy so give him a shot.

Ladies and gentlemen, your frauds of 2006............the New York Mets.

They sure do look good beating up on the worst division in the history of mankind. But put them against the AL East and they can't even take two of three from the freaking Orioles!!!

By God, they're so fradulent AFraud even hit a grand slam to put the Yankees ahead. If they hold on, he'll get credit for a game-winning RBI. Which proves why MLB got rid of the stat 15 or so years ago.

    Oh my Lord.

The fact he's a homegrown star who has won four World Series rings and collected a lifetime of clutch hits might have something to do with it.

Were you being serious? It's hard to tell with you sometimes.
