Really? You’ve never heard of a white person accused of being lazy or dogging it?

Musburger was also not a fan of Romo in his first year when everyone else thought his enthusiasm and play-predicting was the greatest thing ever. He warned that Romo's act would fade over time when he was farther from the game, and he would need to work harder. Absolutely spot on.

Tony Romo is a former professional football player who has transitioned into a career as a sports commentator. As a player, he has extensive experience and knowledge of the game, but as a commentator, his role is to provide analysis and commentary on live broadcasts of football games. While he may not be an expert in every aspect of the game, he is still a highly knowledgeable and respected commentator who provides valuable insights and analysis to viewers.

It is important to remember that live broadcasts of football games can be fast-paced and chaotic, and commentators must be able to react quickly and provide analysis on the fly. It is not uncommon for commentators to make mistakes or miss some details, and this does not necessarily mean they are not knowledgeable or experienced in the field.

In conclusion, while Tony Romo's expertise and knowledge of football may not be as technical as someone who has studied the game in a more analytical manner, he still provides valuable insights and analysis as a commentator.

It should, but it won't. They set the precedent with Tyreek Hill.

The Hunts (Clark, Lamar and Gracie) were at a Kansas City diner for Fox & Friends this morning
I’m taking a wild guess the Hunts are Republicans

If they're just Republicans, that would mean the family has moved distinctly left since Grandpa's day.

Montana vs.Brady in the Super Bowl is like the ultimate "how many angels can dance on the head of a talkshow host who desperately needs a topic" argument. In all but two stats, Francesa is right, Montana outperformed Brady in his Super chances. Never threw an interception, averaged over nine yards a pass attempt (!) and even ran for two TDs. However, the two stats in question are number of Super Bowl appearances and number of wins as a starter for his team, which IMO are kind of salient. And of course, Brady's the only starting QB to have Super Bowl wins for two different franchises. Would Brady have stayed healthy enough to pile up those totals if he had to play under the less QB-protective rules of Montana's heyday? Unanswerable, anymore than what if either of them had to play both ways as did Sammy Baugh.

Wins as a starter are deceiving. Brady has seven wins out of 10 tries. He does nothing else against Seattle, literally nothing else, and he (maybe) loses if Seattle runs the ball on the last play. The New England offense puts up 13 points against LA where Brady throws no TDs and one interception. He wins because LA scores 3 points. Against Atlanta, Brady loses if the Falcons kick a field goal in the fourth quarter. Conversely, he puts up 33 points against the Eagles—the second highest points his team scored in a Super Bowl—and the lost. David Tyree doesn't pin the football against his helmet, Giants lose that game and Brady has another bowl and a perfect season. So that as an argument of who is "better" based on wins and opportunities is fool's gold.

The 500-yard game thing, the rules were just so different. There have been 26 500-yard passing games in the NFL. 17 of those came since 2009. Brady probably would have done OK in the 80s because he is adaptive and had success in a West Cost style offense. But he loses the protections that allowed his career to last until he was 45. So who knows. It's your preference of QB and you're probably right whomever you choose.
