Three FBS teams drew less than 10,000 per game at home in 2019, the most recent year available according to the NCAA: Testicle Tech (9,924), UMass (9,498) and Northern Illinois (8,518).

The real victory would have been Delaware jumping to Conference USA. Alas.

Biden was in the house when Delaware played Eastern Washington in the old I-AA championship more than a decade ago. The Delaware fans I met were all really nice.

Loyola Chicago is leaving the MVC for the A-10. Did not see that coming.

Chicago papers were too busy with the Sky coverage.

Three teams admitted to attendance under 10,000. There is a rule that an FBS team should draw 15,000 once every to years. I believe there is lots of padding in order for many schools to hit that number. If the rule was strictly enforced I think most of the MAC would be in the FCS.

When Idaho was still in the FBS, didn't they play a couple of games at Washington State so they could comply with that rule?

I don't think so. I think it was because at one time there was a minimum stadium size required and the Idaho facility was to small to meet it.
