Remember what people were saying about the commentary not being recorded live as the announcer's watched it?

There's no way any commentator watching the 100 hurdles final live would be that reasonable about Lolo-Jones hitting the ninth hurdle.

This absolutely sucks.

Sorry, east coast bias. Except now, instead of watching things live, we get to watch them tape-delayed as well, with crappy commentary.

It sounded completely as though it was the fifth take, and they were over Lolo-Jones hitting the hurdle.

 

Lolo is classy, strong, confident and, simply, splendid.
Seems like a really cool woman.

 

Not for nothing, but it would be nice if the NBC family of networks would but the U.S.-Japan softball game on somewhere, especially since it is a scoreless game in the sixth inning.

 

The U.S.-Japan softball is live on nbcolympics.com and it's tied 0-0 in the seventh.

 

Elimination game, right?

Japan batter struck out with runners at first and second and two outs. They go to extra innings.

It's the semifinals.

 

In extras, you start with a runner at second base. It's weird. No commercials and no announcers on the Web.

 

And there's the stupid runner at 2nd to start the inning rule implemented.
