    Under this stupid rule, if a pitcher has a perfect game and the runner scores from second on two wild pitches, can it still be a perfect game?

    It has to be nice knowing that you've got Osterman in the bullpen for the save situation. This is like bringing in Mariano Rivera in his prime ... against Double-A players.

    Just goes to show (with the American in third) that sometimes bronze, or non-gold, is plenty adequate.

    These sports and medals are case-by-case, situation-by-situation as to how relevant each is.

    I thought the American took silver and the dude doing the one-hand giants got bronze.
