Yuengling is 100 times better than Miller Lite, and costs the exact same.

    That's just a win-win for everybody.

No beer on that level is 100 times better than any other beer on that level.

That's what I'm saying: Yuengling is not on that level in any way except price.

I often forget Yuengling exists. Do they run ads? Maybe I just miss them. Buying Yuengling, which is decent enough, never crosses my mind when I go to buy beer.

I just don't like red beers in the summer.

Old English 400 is awful. I doubt anyone on the board would gladly drink that. But 99.9% of beers are fine.

I don't know what people think of Killian's, but speaking of red beers, I do like that. I don't drink it enough, actually.

I'm from Philadelphia, where they implant a Yuengling addiction chip in your brain at birth.

Oh, right. So that's what's wrong with you. Makes sense now.

Yuengling is a good choice, but give me a gold-can Coors if I'm looking in that tier. I also find myself drinking a lot of micheladas this time of year, particularly out by the grill, and if that's the case, I'll go for the cheapest beer I can find. (Often that's PBR, which is stupid popular around here.)

I did a dumb bit a year or two ago, where I bought a six pack of a different shitty beer I don't usually drink each weekend. It lasted maybe a month or so. I think it included some version of Old Milwaukee, Icehouse, Milwaukee's Best, and Natural Ice maybe. It was not a smart thing to do. But in the end, I think I was out maybe $20.

Old Style and PBR have become my shitty beers of choice. Old Style because it was my dad's ballpark beer, as well as the $2 special at the bar near the office here, on the occasion I pop in. Now I'll buy a sixer for home, too. PBR because it's actually pretty decent.

My go-to, regular beer is Three Floyds Alpha King. My favorite beers are Russian Imperial Stouts, particularly Old Rasputin and Founders, but they are calorie bombs. Then, like everyone else, I like to sample new beers occasionally. Other than Alpha King, I'll regularly go with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Bell's Two-Hearted.

One thing I like to do on occasion is take a really bitter IPA like Resin and mix in a shot of Campari.

Correct. This is the exact opposite of how you are supposed to drink wine (from low quality to higher quality for wine).
