Some weekly in Boston that covers the media saw it on the board and wrote an article about it.

  2. Alternative weeklies are so snively ... seems like half their content is airing some grudge against the metro ...

    Ain't it the truth.

  4. The other half are personal ads for happy hermaphrodites ...

I believe Dan Kennedy from The Phoenix had it up in his blog in a matter of hours, and the ball got rolling then.

A couple of times, especially early on when people said "how do we know you're Jason?" he said something to the effect of, "I'm sitting in my office right now at the Star. Here is my number. I you don't believe me, call me and I will answer." I don't know if anyone took him up on the offer, but it seemed to clear up any doubts.

Love him or hate him, it's him. No person could read a majority of his posts and reasonably think it was anyone else. If it's not him, and Jason Whitlock has never heard of this board, it's one of the most elaborate Internet ruses of all time.

How many hermaphrodites are truly happy though?

I know this might out me, but I got fired from my last job for posting at work at SportsJournalists.com.

Of course, I was naked and drunk while I was posting, too. Might have had something to do with it.

Oh you'd just love it if we all became part of your big, gay, Canadian, adverb-free utopia wouldn't you, mister? Well most of USA-SportsJournalists.com just isn't ready for that pal. We need a few more years in the closet before we eventually and regretfully work up the courage to tell our parents.
