Look at the Rockies helping the Cubs out.
Four runs in already in the sixth to erase a 3-0 deficit to Milwaukee. The bases are still loaded and just one out.

Haven't read the whole thread, so maybe someone already said this, but shouldn't it be Beisbol been Barry Barry good to me?

    OK, probably not.

Watching Bonds' double tonight, I couldn't help thinking how interesting it would be if he hit one in the deepest part of the park, and as it rolled to the wall the closest outfielder would limp to the warning track, suffering a pulled hamstring, and Barry would have to decide whether he wants 756 to be an anti-climactic inside-the-park "home run."

I thought the exact same thing, J_D.

As Donna Summer once sang: This time, it's for real. This AB. Right now.

I think he said he's blacked out for Nats games.

I think he's confused 'cause that's not anything that people normally complain about!

I was trying to beat someone else providing a smart-ass answer.

How about Brian Bannister? Another great outing.

Lotta balls flying through the air in San Fran tonight ... Molina hit one out, Schneider just hit one out ... Nats' inning ended with a long flyout to deep center ...

Yeah but all his good outings are in garbage time.

All the Royals' games are in garbage time, though, so he has that going for him.

(Before KCSportsJournalists.com flips out on me, I grew up a Royals fan — Cubs were 1A, Royals 1B — so I'm just playin'.)

The Nationals' games are NEVER shown in our area. Their tiny cable "empire" consists, I think, of five systems and the houses within shouting distance of the antenna.
