    Wonderful ballgame, two old horses getting it done on the mound, a little clutch hitting, clutch pitching, a lot of young talent on both rosters, Mets win, Braves lose. Can't ask for much more.

    whatever. get a replacement-level CF, spend the money on pitching. win.

    unless druw is willing to eat a dumptruckload of humble pie, his asking price will be completely not worth a guy who's sucking hard in the prime of his career.

    I can't see Jones not asking for at least what he's making now. And unless he turns things around in a hurry this year, I doubt the Braves will pony up the dough. Not with the way they've been churning out talent in their system. Of course, Texas has their top three prospects now.
