Well he went to Deerfield because his father worked there as a maintenance man or something similar and he lives in Wellesley because he has a few best selling books and hosts a local drive-time talk show while being a columnist for the Herald. Keep believing the whole thing is fixed, though.

You really expect me to believe he worked his ass off to get where he is?

I mean for crying out loud, he can't even get basic facts right in this piece. How good can he be?

There isn't a paying gig or free lunch that Howie has ever turned down. He was on local TV in the 1980s and has been doing his radio show for over 20 years. He has worked for what he got.

He still can't even get basic facts right.

You say that like he's the only one in this presidential race (or politics for that matter) doing it.

Is there a single candidate in this race, on either side, that anyone is truly enthusiastic to make president? This is going to be the Sex Panther of presidential elections. Hold your nose and vote for whoever is the least worst.

None of them do much for me, either.

Correct. I'll more than likley be voting more against someone than for my favorite.

I responded to your claim that Howie Carr was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. You twisted the issue into some claim he is not hard working because of an allegedly factually inaccurate column, which conflates the work he did to get to where he is with the effort he puts into his column. I offer no opinion on the latter.

There are certainly people enthusiastic to make Donald Trump or Bernie Sanders president. Not enough of them, ultimately. But they don't lack for enthusiasm.

Should have specified to say people who are generally sane and weigh these decisions with a shred of reason.
Hell, I can see things even in Trump or Clinton that might make them a decent president, but I'd rather not vote for them.
