I have no idea. Just stumbled across the Baja Burger at lunch one day. I only assume it is a chain.

You screwed up. You used "overrated" on a different line from Milo's.

I liked it, though my experience with that dish is quite limited.

The Filet a l'Oignon (pieces of onion are rolled in with the meat and it sautees as the burger cooks) at HR's in Davie.

I recently went to Le Tub (GQ termed its the best burger in the country a couple years ago) and it simply couldn't match up.

Just got back from 10 days in California and dredged this thread up to note that my new fave burger joint in the US - edging out Spike's in Grayling, Mich. - is Hodad's in Ocean Beach, Ca.

Great burger, onion rings and shakes. Location ain't bad either.

Best non-fast food: Rossi's in Trenton.

Best fast food: Ultimate Cheeseburger at Jack in the Box.

    Best ever: Mine.

I just remembered the Mean Woman Grill in Levelland, Texas. A little black around the edges but they used gooooooood meat. The fries were outstanding, too.

The best just closed down. Sweet Leaf Smokery in Savannah, Georgia. They smoked their burgers and put them on fresh rolls. Absolutely fantastic.

At the Bymark Restaurant in Toronto (from the menu)

Bymark Burger 8 oz. U.S.D.A Prime Beef With Brie de Meaux, Crisp Pancetta,
Grilled Porcini, Shaved Truffles & Crisp Onion Rings

$36.95 but hey, it's the cheapest entree on the menu.

No, I've never had it. :)
