it is good, but the place is a pain in the ass with its 'pounce on empty seats, no you can't have your food the way you want it attitude.'
there's a chain out here called The Counter that's not bad -- pick your protein, beef or turkey, and patty size, and then choose bun and fixings, with like two dozen choices.
    good sweet potato fries too.

Flay opened a burger place in a shopping mall near me. Haven't been there yet but I've heard it's very good stuff.

Also, went to the new Sands slots casino in Bethlehem, Pa., a few weeks ago and went to St. James Gate Pub there for lunch. The beer-batter, deep fried burger was outstanding.

Saw this place profiled on CBS Sunday Morning back in November and the piece re-ran this past weekend:

    Anybody ever been there?

    Here's the CBS piece.

P.S. --- Bill Geist has a great job.

Hugo's Frog Bar on North Rush in Chicago. I've dreamed of finding a burger as memorable as that one.

Had an outstanding burger at a trendy late night joint in Phoenix a few weeks ago ... served on a baguette type bread with a little blue cheese on top. Melted in your mouth. Can't remember the name of the place to save my life ... it was near 32nd St. and Camelback.

Cosmo, I love you man. You know that.
But a burger with bleu cheese - and on a BAGUETTE - seems a bit too froo-frou, no?
Did you have some wine with it?

A roll. Real cheese. Juice down your arm. A cold beer. BURGERS!!!

Don't know if any of Canuckistan has weighed in here, but Weber's on Rt. 11 in Orillia, Ontario, is pretty friggin' righteous.
