    Sounds like Lux.

Heard great things, but still haven't been there.

That last sentence may have saved this from being the dirtiest post in the history of SportsJournalists.com.

Haven't heard them mentioned yet, but I'm a big fan of Culver's when it comes to chains.

I went through Grayling pretty regularly to and from school and never heard of Spike's, but I'll have to check it out some time soon.

My mom taught me to mix some dry French onion soup mix into the meat before grilling. High quality.

The restaurant is trendy, not the intersection.

Did you make the mistake of getting a large order of fries?

Best chain burger I've ever had was Backyard Burgers, with A&W a close second.

Sounds like a burger Obama would love. You have to try it with some dijon.

What? This isn't the politics board? Oh, ok. Sorry.

I love me some Backyard Burgers, will be sad to leave them behind when I move in a few weeks. That being said, the new place has Five Guys, so it's more than a fair trade.

Where's E Street Joe when I need him?
People would drive in from Philly and beyond for a Rossi's Tavern burger in Trenton, N.J. In North Jersey, there's nothing like a White Manna burger in Hackensack.
When I was younger, the almighty Pat's Diner in Trenton offered a burger topped with pork roll, egg and cheese. Just incredible stuff.
When the hot dog thread starts, make sure someone brings up a Casino dog. An Italian hot dog on a sub roll with potatoes, peppers and whatever else you add.

I ate at a Five Guys for the first time a week ago. It was on the way home from a game I covered.
The burgers are sort of like a higher quality Johnny Rocket's. The fries are good, too, but they gave me way too many. I was impressed.
    I still like Wild Willy's.

I've never had a burger that even comes close. And I'll be in Vegas next week, with two Tommy's nearby. It will be a good week.
