Also, I had a random image pop into my head last night of Elvis jamming with Stevie Ray Vaughn.

    Vocals/song writing: Leonard Cohen
    Vocals/song writing: Amy Winehouse
    Guitar: Frank Zappa
    Bass: Carol Kaye
    Drums: Buddy Rich
    Keyboards/music sculptor: Wolfgang Mozart

Who knows if it would be “the best” but they might make some interesting music, at least until they killed each other (again).

Another thread idea - a rock band with enough head cases to NEVER make it to the first gig. The All-time Toxic Band. Axel Rose out front of course.

Somebody better break the news to Linda Ronstadt that she’s dead.

Sid Vicious or the roadie that played for him off the side of the stage?

I will go for a band that I think would actually be able to be a real group rather than pulling names out of a hat:

    Gregg Allman: vocals/organ

    Duane Allman: guitar

    Stevie Ray Vaughan: guitar

    Willie Dixon: bass

    Dr. John: piano

    John Bonham: drums
