Agreed. Glad they're bringing it back.

My top two are Jeopardy and Match Game.

I remember seeing an episode where CC Deville of Poison was playing, and he looked like one of those kids who could not keep still, constantly bouncing around the podium. Funny thing was he was absolutely nailing all the questions. It was like I was watching a coked-up Rain Man.

The current Millionaire sucks balls. The show makes sure the contestants aren't too good. I might kill somebody the next time I see a contestant burn all three life lines on the $7,000 question.

It lost a lot when Regis left.

Creepy doesn't even begin to describe Fergy Olver on Just Like Mom. BTW, his wife was co-host.

Holy shit, what a creep. I bailed after 22 seconds.

"I fooled you. ... I fooled you." Murmuring that after pushing a kiss on a little girl. That's some real sleaze there.

God, that's even worse than I remember. I made it farther into Two Girls One Cup than I did with that clip.

My favorite combination as a kid was Sale of the Century at 9 a.m., Classic Concentration (Alex Trebeck) at 9:30 and Price is Right at 10.
If I were on TPIR, I would want to play 10 chances. Price always ends in 0, so your chances of winning the car are pretty high if you're vaguely familiar with the car's potential value.

Followed by tic tic dough. Wow. Hadn't remembered that in years. That was the dinner of my childhood.

Was catching up on the thread and was about to post that clip with Fergie to show just how freaking creepy it was.

Canada had some uniquely terrible game shows. In my 20s a buddy of mine and I applied to get on Supermarket Sweep. Truly awful show where one partner had to load of on groceries in a closed store. Host was some sort of weird animated man. Contestants always wore matching shirts.

Talkabout was again a stream of conscions talking show where you had to say words about a subject and then your partnet had to get what you missed. Tuuuurrible.
