While they're a pound each and pretty good, the lack of raisins inside keeps them from being great. Still, I've ordered from them online a couple of times...

They've branched out some, but the vast majority are still in Minnesota, I think.

Yea, I just looked on their web site. There's about eight in Metro Detroit and a couple others in western Michigan.

Thought I remembered seeing more in the area. Might be thinking of something different.

Mmmm ... pasties. I lived on those in the U.K. for weeks at a time. Sold in convenience stores everywhere. The closest equivalent in the U.S. is the Hot Pocket, which is hurl-tastic.

They are all over my neck of the woods. And the company is apparently owned by infadels.

And the bag has to be white, with red and green writing on it -- and have a closed end and an open end.

Only then is it the genuine article. Correct?

There's one right down the street from me (next to an Einstein's Bagels, which is where I see most of them) and I live in Atlanta. So, no.

Yes, like Calandra's Bakery in New Jersey.

Then there's the fresh every morning crumb cakes from Mueller's Bakery in Bay Head, NJ

Are Boylan's sodas sold anywhere but NJ? Their cream soda is the best.

I had one in Raleigh. They also had one in Richmond (since closed) and Fredericksburg.

According to their website, they're in 20 states and D.C.

    And I like Starbucks more.
