Hey, sometimes you gotta take one -- no, two -- for the team.

These last two episodes have been almost as gripping as most BB episodes were.

I started laughing thinking about the complaints about it being too slow as I was watching the last two weeks. As Andy Greenwald said on his podcast, Gilligan and Co. know when to give your candy and when to withhold it from you.

BB was five seasons (with the fifth split up, right?). I wonder what the game plan is here. I love Better Call Saul. Love the start to this season. Jimmy is more and more Saul-like.

I think they'll mirror this one as five seasons as well. The biggest problem with soooo many great shows is that they go on too long. As with BB, I don't think they'll make that mistake.

There is plenty enough meat on the bone still for at least two more seasons of BCS after this one.

If you've been watching Billions, Gail's appearance was a fun one. In Billions the same actors plays an over-the-top decadent hedge fund manager, so it's fun to see him again as the nerdy-bohemian meth scientist.

Same actor also played the blind-to-fabulism city editor in season five of The Wire. Nice collection of roles.

Mike is one tough dude - outs the fake widower in the group session and stares down Gus.

Michael Mando is killing it as Nacho this season. Easily the most compelling character on the show right now. He ought to get some Emmy consideration out of this.
