Interesting. You know something we don't?

Maybe he does. From Adam Schefter's twitter feed:

Here are teams that Steelers have called about Roethlisberger: Rams, 49ers, Raiders, Bills, Jaguars, Seahawks and Browns.

Ship Roethlisberger to Oakland for Nnamdi Asomugha.

Roethlisberger has put the Steelers in a no-win situation.

If they keep him, it's going to be a sideshow and they run the risk of him -- and I don't think this is out of the question based on past behavior -- putting himself in a position where he's suspended for an entire season. Then again, if you trade him, you're not going to get close to fair value.

Also, the Steelers just happened to extend Leftwich's contract today. Hmmmmmm.

That might say more about Charlie Batch -- who's played one game since 2007 and has been plagued with injury after injury -- than Roethlisberger and his status with the team.

Nah, just speculating on how bizarre it would be if that would indeed happen. Holmgren certainly wants a new franchise quarterback, and the Steelers supposedly want a top-10 pick. And we've already seen the Eagles deal McNabb within their own division.

The Steelers just don't shop players for shits and giggles. He's gone.

It would be funny as hell to watch the reaction of Browns fans if he winds up there.

  12. I love the wonderful lessons I gain every day.

Today, I learned that Daddy didn't hug me enough. Thus, I wear a team jersey and want to fornicate with athletes.

    Amazing.
