He plays exactly like a guy who can't make quick decisions (or maybe can't read defenses). There's nothing calculating about his style of play.

Because you see -- the concussion/bad decison-making theory only applies to his inability to understand that when a chick says "no, I don't want anything to do with you" it doesn't really mean "attempt to jam your dick in my vagina or mouth".....

It doesn't apply to decision making on the field, however, because that is a different quadrant of the brain in use...... ::)

I am not an authority on head trauma, but I highly doubt that the horrific hairstyle he was sporting at his press conference has anything to do with neurology. It has to do with a lack of self-awareness. And poor taste.

And the fact that he is a smug, arrogant douchebag who doesn't get it?

Yeah, I had originally typed the word "arrogant," but I figured that was just a given.

He had 26 touchdowns last season and 12 interceptions.
That's less than 1 pick per game.
He's got an 8-2 record in postseason games.
    Your statement, Lee, is ludicrous.

"He" by his lonesome has a 8-2 record in postseason games.

Righto. I'll have to remember that one.

He has as much right to that 8-2 record as Cy Young does his 511 wins.

He also has as much right to his 242 times sacked in six years as the offensive line that takes all the heat for it.

You don't have to be Mike Mayock with a light pen to see that he doesn't play the position conventionally.

Never realized "conventional" and "calculated" were synonymous.
I'll be sure to update Charlie Kaufman, David Simon, Stephen Sondheim ...

Do you think this bozo actually checks off receivers in a 'conventional' way? I hope you're not naive enough to think he does.

Indecision has actually made him great.

Yes, I actually do. He reads his progressions the same as any successful QB. There's no way they could be as successful as they are without it. How many of his games have you watched? The difference is that if he gets to the end of those progressions and no one is open, or if he gets through 1/2 and suddenly has Bart Scott in his grill, he is more likely to try to invent another option than merely to throw the ball away and move on to the next down.
He is not remotely indecisive. On the field, anyway.
