Big Brother 8 running thread

25 minutes in, we have tears ... and not from Amber, but from Danielle.

 

This is the beginning of the end for Eric. It was inevitable with him having to play it the way we see it from the outside instead of the way he sees it from within.

 

I dunno. I think he'll still have the trust of everyone except Dick and Dani. I think the rest of the LNC (Jameka, Jess, Dustin, Amber) are tired of Dick's shit and want him gone. I think Eric could switch this around on Dick where - depending on who wins HOH next week - Dick will be put on the block and possibly Danielle too. Eric gotta act cool tho. He doesn't need to be threating Dick with eviction like he did in tonight's episode. At least wait until you have HOH, Eric!

 

What do you think of Danielle's big proclamation that she's going to shock us with her next nomination? Is she talking about Eric or her father?

Also, can Eric break his silence and tell one of the contestants that he's a secret player? I mean, at some point it's no longer worth it for him to be playing for chump change if it's going to get him sent home. After all, he's after the same pot the others are chasing.

 

Eric would have been fine without that banner... How does CBS let that happen?

Eric can't say anything at this point because everybody would know he's been lying the whole time... If you ask me, the whole "America's Player" twist is pretty idiotic...

 

I think Eric is safe even if Daniele nominates him as a replacement. Of the people who would be voting, only 3 at most would vote to evict him -- with 4 voting to keep him.

 

My guess is whoever wins the POV doesn't use it this week — which would be a nice change — and Mr. Pierced Nipples isn't in any real danger of going home this week.

 

If they're smart they'll try to evict Jen, Kail and Zach next and then it will get really interesting as everyone else turns on each other...

 

I was out and working all weekend so I did not get to see it. Glad Danielle own HOH.

Who is up on the block? Did I miss it on the board?

If I were Amber, I would be absolutely balling right now. Fortunately, I am just a tad pissed.
