    I do to, but these chappies have to realize that they need to adapt to our enviroment here at SJ. As newbies they should have brought us all beer. It might have got them off to a better start.

    It also might help if they admitted there might be a problem and offer some solutions. The biggest problem in the way of a solution seems to be denial.

    Warning - NSFW - they use a lot of bad words that would not make it by the screeners. I felt at home though because it appears that the membershjip has the same spelling afflictions that I have. Enjoy.
