Wow...that's about all the trash I can absorb from Zag in one day. Whew! That was rank.

Trash is an excellent choice of words in describing the typical European stiff currently playing in the NBA.

And I find it hilarious -- and typically hypocritical -- that Bogut out of one side of his mouth is complaining about the NBA culture of wanting to buy cars, houses and bling bling and then out of the other side admits he likes to go to casinos....

Oh I see, gambling your money away is far more wholesome and pure than actually buying something with it. What a jackass.

The xenophobia hit this thread a lot later than I thought it would ... but hit it did.

    Xenophobia -- Isn't that a musical instrument?

And more hypocrisy from that fraud Bogut -- a little later in the article he reveals that he does indeed drive a fancy sports car and he has a collection of cars, but rationalizes it by saying "that's where it stops for me, I don't wear jewelry?"

Give me a fucking break. This guy is a dipshit.

Again, get on the plane and go the fuck back and play Horse with Andrew Gaze

Yeah most NBA MVP's are overrated hacks. I can't figure out if you're a nitwit just for your own amusement and don't really believe more than one out of every five things you say, or if you are that absurdly clueless.

    The expected response of ignorance.

Oh that's right because it isn't like, after Dirk totally gagged in the playoffs again, most of the country wasn't saying (a) he shouldn't have been the MVP and (b) he's a soft, over rated Eurostiff who will never lead his team to the title.

    Yeah, that never happened.

Look I understand it is your job to be the captain of the politically correct pinheads, but don't be a fraud.

No, ignorance is coming to someone else's country, making millions in it and then bitching about it and mocking the lifestyle. That's the height of ignorance.

Well, that is certainly a load of horsehit right there. If you went to the base requirements on things you need:
food, clothing, shelter, heat and hot water. The only things you are really taxed on would be heat and hot water. And since you don't really need heat in the summer, this isn't a tax that is partcularly applicable year round. I would also state that those with low incomes aren't penalized all that much to begin with.

We, as a society, have a negative savings because people have decided that they need to have fancy items, cars and larger than life houses. This has little to nothing to do with taxes.

Oh and taxes haven't exactly gone up over the last few years while savings have gone down. So, chalk another one up to your bogeyman.
