It just hit me - the actress who played Andrea also played Epyck on FNL (probably the most poorly done storyline of season five of FNL) and went to the same school as Landry. Fucking Todd.

She's also in The Bridge, right?

Yeah. I don't really get it as I think she's a really underwhelming actress.

The set-up to the final shootout - Walt, in disguise, is walking past the music store and looks inside to see Badger and Skinny Pete hanging out. He walks in and asks them if they want to help get Jesse back from some Nazis. They're definitely in, and the three of them ride on horseback to the Nazi compound. Something like this:

But he did kick a helluva clutch field goal for the East Dillon Lions to win a game.

Grantland should hire this guy. I thought I understood Breaking Bad before I read this, but wow, I was way off.

There is zero chance Walt survives. Z.E.R.O.

Jesse? I'm thinking he DOES survive...or he'd been offed already.

There were barely any non-white characters? Besides Gus, Tuco, Hector, the two hitmen from Mexico, Jesse's second girlfriend, her son, Gomez, Tortuga, Heull, Hugo, and the cancer doctor?

Yeah, that was kind of dumb. He says the four main characters are all white ... well, duh, three of them are blood relatives. Maybe they could have made Jesse Hispanic, but who cares, really?

Interesting bit of trivia about Breaking Bad: It was originally set in Riverside, Calif., (which has a notorious meth problem), but the producers outsourced the show because New Mexico gave them so many tax breaks.

    He already writes for Grantland.

His main gig is with The AV Club, but he writes for several sites on the side.

I've often wondered why they didn't make Walt Jr. Chinese.

It's so typical of Walt and his white privilege to go and have two white kids with Skyler.
