Oh? Are we supposed to like everything?

Phobia implies fear. That has nothing to do with MY feelings. I simply don't like something/someone.

If I go to a restaurant and happen to get a waiter I don't like, I request a different one. If that cannot be done, I will dine elsewhere. That's not fear; that's just expressing one's own personal preference. When I was in primary school and the school was integrated, some parents choose to place their kids in private schools. Their choice.

    Whatever....

It's an upgrade over his usual, which we can expect to see any post now.

Does that sound something like the English word for a cigarette?

This is so pathetic. People should be unhappy and depressed and stay in the closet because it makes you feel more comfortable? Also, who gets to decide on the standards that make up acting like "everyone else"? White straight men, I assume.

Are you really that dumb? Really?

It's like BTExpress said, if you are "wired" with a need to expose yourself, keep it in private, or be prepared for the consequences. But don't be surprised when you meet some level of resistance.

Hey, don't start throwing white straight men under the same umbrella ... some of us just want to keep women in the kitchen.

    (jk...)

If they cherry pick from that religion in a manner that allows them to hate others, and then hide behind following the word of god while often ignoring the other words of god in other situations, then yes, that is wrong.

Also if people misinterpret their own religions (like Christians citing Leviticus for anything) with any ulterior motives, again, also wrong.

What would cause you not to like the waiter? The flip of his wrist? The color of her skin? The specials they suggest?

I like that. Cherry-picking from a religion. Good way to put it.

Just go ahead and do whatever makes you feel good. Anything at all. Go relieve yourself in the middle of the interstate and I bet that'll make you feel better, too.

Hey, it's OK, anything goes as long as it makes you feel good, right?

To your point, I'm sure if were "born gay" (whatever the hell that means), I'd probably feel unhappy and depressed, too. I'd also seek help wherever I could.

That's not a bad idea regardless of whether you were born gay.
