Barack Obama won't lose this election because of the gay marriage issue. He will lose the election because, in the word's of Newt Gingrich, Barack Obama is "the most radical leftist president in American history."

Take a look at the North Carolina poll that came out today.

Learn the rules Yankee Fan - any poll that shows data which lefties don't like is biased.

Any poll that shows data the lefties like, is the gospel.

Rasmussen has been proven, over time, to have a Republican lean. I don't doubt that Romney leads in North Carolina. Based on the source, I would be highly skeptical that it's eight points.

Nah, that won't happen - it's Against All Odds.

If Romney has any kind of lead in NC, it's because of Obama's gay marriange stance. I know there is a price to pay for taking a stance, but that's a lot of electoral votes to lose.

If Romney wins the state's he's supposed to win and takes Florida and North Carolina, this suddenly becomes a very, very close race.

    I know it's early, but that's big...

In 2008, I reacted hysterically to every tiny shift in the polls. I'm trying to stay even-keeled this time. I know, "It's early," can range from cliche to rationalization ... but, well, it's early.

Translation - I don't like the current trends so I will refrain from talking about them....

In 2008, Obama won the national vote by 5.2 points and NC by 0.3 points, a 4.9 point Republican lean.

If Romney's not comfortable winning North Carolina, he's losing in a blowout.

It's not just the lean, it's that Rasmussen was consistently the least accurate poll too.
