Bridge collapse in MSP

This afternoon, Rush was talking about the headline in the "drive-by Media" that said that not as many people died as it was initially feared.
Too negative, he said. Like, the media wanted more people to die, he said.
I don't see the problem with that kind of headline. You have a bridge with dozens, maybe hundreds of cars on it. It collapses and two days later there are only five confirmed deaths.
Who wouldn't be surprised that more people weren't killed?
