There is a logical reason why Brittany cut her hair. Unfortunately, no one else except boots has picked up on it. When you go to a rehab, they need to know what drugs you are abusing. Anyone can lie but a simple hair test will show what drugs are in the system. That's why she checked her self in and out so much.
However, someone must have told her that they can determine what drugs are in her system by taking her blood. Now she's back in rehab.
Whatever the case is, its apparent that she needs help.
