    Lying can be fun, too. Two days after Nick Saban was quoted as saying, "I'm not going to be the Alabama coach," my South Florida paper ran a six-column overhead photo from Saban's Alabama introduction, Nicky in the middle and crimson "A's" everywhere, underneath a 90-point headline that quoted him from two days before.

    You’re being ridiculous. Nobody is calling for deference. It’s about decency toward another human being.

    But you’re fine with Cam being a dick because he’s good at football and has been allowed to be a dick all his life.

    Funny how that dickishness is roundly criticized when it is directed at a female, but not in other cases.
