    Whitlock is right on the money. Has anyone else written similar columns? If so, can someone post links?
     
  2. yes, spnited, i was embarrassed to see someone play the victim card to the hilt for 15 minutes of fame... they are teaching these young women the power of playing the victim.

    He "nailed it" because he made it OK for white males to redirect their anger at black males and other people criticizing white males.

    Seriously, Jason, if you knew anything about any of these players, you would not be saying that.
    But it's easy to be the great black voice and spew bullshit about peeple you have never met or talked to...kind of like Don Imus did.

    While we're talking about people writing columns, here's a question I had after reading Whitlock's piece _ where's Lupica been in all of this? As Imus' "tiny companion" (great line, by the way), has he been silent? Has he defended his friend? Or tossed him under the bus?

    I haven't seen anything, so I'm not sure if he's commented.
