Car drives into Bourbon Street crowd, kills at least 10

There’s been incidents like this at a few Fourth of July parades in recent years. Some accidents, but some not.

 

Suspect named. Had an ISIS flag and there could be more suspects.

If a 14-year-old shoots 10 of his classmates, is he a terrorist?

Yes. He terrorized a school and his classmates.

 

Under US law, that's not terrorism. The intent has to be political in nature, not personal like bullied kid lashes back. Not saying that's right, but that ix the definition of the word terrorism in the US Code.

Under the definition of Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, and the last time I checked this is a website for journalists, terrorism is, “ the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion.”

I couldn’t give a good goddam what the government defines it as because government will always twist language to suit its needs.
