What the eff, man? Get to bleedin' ...

 

Selfishly, up until this week, I've needed every drop!

I lost quite a bit to the scrub and puckerbush I was clearing last weekend.

(Also to my bosses when we started talking about a new contract.)

A little lightheaded all month!

 

Never figured you for a blood hoarder ...

I’m the one who suggested blood/platelets. Please don’t feel like you have to do it. I personally find it rewarding and helpful.

I just donated platelets for the third time this year. The Red Cross app tells you where they were sent. My May 8th platelets (3 units) went to Johns Hopkins Bayview in Baltimore and George Washington Hospital in DC.

I do this in memory of my gf’s sister, who passed from a blood disorder.
