Yep, and it's not your right to judge them any more than it's their right to judge you.

Seriously, this is some silly shit we're talking about here.

Next somebody's gonna try to convince me to boycott a Tom Cruise movie because he's a Scientologist and not because his movies simply suck.

My reason for boycotting a business goes beyond it just being owned by someone whose fundamentalist beliefs (be they Christian, Jewish, or Moslem). I'm sure I do business with lots of people who I disagree with on religious and political issues. Hell, I know I have friends I disagree with on these issues.

However, when I know that the owner of a business financially supports causes with which I disagree I do not want my money to be indirectly supporting those causes. In that circumstance I will choose to take my business elsewhere. Just like the person who posted here who doesn't buy Ben & Jerry's ice cream because of their use of business profits to support liberal causes.

Except they're judging gays by imposing their own values on them.

Not to chime in out of the blue, but I missed the correlation between expressing one's views and imposing values on others.

C'mon Baron. Until Dan Cathy starts denying gays the right to order a deep-fried chicken sandwich on a bun with two pickles, that dog won't hunt.
