WalMart employs 2.1 million people. How does that compare to CFA?

I didn't say that. You used the term batshit, implying the liberals were going nuts about it. But that wasn't the case.

Aside from those idiot politicians - who likely have no ability to prevent a business from opening anyway - and the Henson company not much was going on as backlash. The biggest splash in the timeline happened when the fake FB account was defending CFA.

But six days after the interview was posted, Huckabee was organizing yesterday's event.

It frustrates me that this, and CFA lying about the dangerous, dangerous nature of the Henson company's toys, hasn't gotten more play. But I think a company actively manipulating the public into feeling sorry for it is worse than what one guy thinks about gay marriage.

Not to mention against the Biblical and Christian ideals the company so strongly supports.

Yeah, the main going "batshit" here, as Mizzou calls it, was white Christians playing up their persecution complex as they are so accustomed to doing, because it is so difficult to be a white Christian in America.

Yep, they've managed to rewrite the narrative to make themselves "victims" of the "culture war," and at least yesterday profit by it.

I'm not saying inventing fake children for manipulative PR purposes on Facebook is, in the larger world, more important than whether gay marriage does or doesn't happen. But CFA has no real control over the latter. The former is all them, and I think very telling about the company. It makes me question what else they'd be willing to mislead me about when it comes to their product in order to keep moving chicken.

How are they being told how to live their lives? They can live their life the same way as before. Nobody's telling them they can't get married to the person they choose.

That half of the country, however, doesn't seem to have a problem telling other people how to live their lives, and passing laws to prevent them from doing so.

FWIW I find gay chickens just as tasty as straight chickens.

Only 8 days until I am back in central Florida where I can my CFA and Publix fix.

  9. How can you tell (the chickens apart)?

It's much easier for straight people to blame homosexuals for destroying the sanctity of marriage rather than owning up to the fact straight people are doing a much better job in that regard.

    The other half?

And even if I believe that Obama is "telling people how to live their lives," (a) I'll need to see evidence that he's done anything beyond what any other president has done and (b) I still don't see how he's responsible for the fact that some people don't like him.

And for what it's worth, obesity kills and will kill far more people than drugs ever will, and yet no one had an issue with Nancy Reagan telling people to "just say no."

So if those aren't "well people" would gay supporters who say, boycotted Target because of their recent position be sicker? They stood in the heat and no food or drink was at stake.

What seems to be lost in your remark was that most of these people ou saw at 2:30 in 110 degree weather didn't have a hankering for chicken as much as they felt like making a statement in support of an issue.
