Well, Mert, I see that point. But only middle relievers from the 1960s are worth commemorating. ;)

Not for nothing here, but IF Benoit killed his family, how hard do we look at steroid/drug use? Look at all the shit that's happened to NFL players in recent years....Justin Strzelczyk, Mike Webster, Andre Waters. Depression, suicide, weird behavior. Benoit could've been a classy guy, but no one knows (long term) what that shit does to your brain. Can/will congress get involved? It worked for MLB.

You're better than that avatar, BYH ... no matter how you feel about people who have Chris Benoit in theirs. It only trivializes a senseless tragedy a little bit more.

Yeah, I see what you mean.

Creepy to see the footage at the end with Eddie Guerrero hugging Benoit in the ring. Just another reminder of how the WWE seems to have a special or two like this every year, or at the very least, way too much.

I remember watching Benoit wrestle Lashley two weeks ago at the draft. It reminded me of watching him on WCW, when college friends helped get me back into watching wrestling again. Just bizarre to think about what he might have done.

Disagree. I trivializes the dopes who put love of a wrestler over the terrible crime he likely committed by continuing to put him in their sig.

I'm only disappointed he didn't go with Utah Jazz legend David Benoit.

I respectfully disagree. Given the news that is out there, there should be no Benoit side saddles. It's looking increasingly likely that his final acts on this planet were to kill his wife and kid. Sorry. Regardless of what drove him to such horrible acts, he should not be honored with a side saddle.

I agree with you on that point. But, the Joaquin Benoit saddle seems displayed for no good reason other than to antagonize the Chris Benoit fans.

I see it as something to antagonize Chris Benoit fans who have his pic in their side saddle.
