    Arson?

Jesus, who is this singer's audience?

Let me stick with U2, Jack Johnson and The National.

The suggestion that this could be pinned on hip hop culture any more than it can be pinned on people who listen to Stevie Wonder is downright ignorant, and I think IJAG makes a pretty fair point about the whole casually lumping Chris Brown into the hip hop world presumably because of the way he looks or the woman he dates.

Is it okay if I pin this on Chris Brown being a misogynistic asshole?

I'm not sure misogyny necessarily plays a role. Maybe he has anger issues overall and has gotten in plenty of fights with guys. Maybe he's just an asshole.

But as of right now, until the truth comes out, I'm not comfortable calling him misogynistic or an asshole. Due process and all that.

But as my facebook status said "IJAG is sorry, David Banner, but if Chris Brown did beat the hell out of Rihanna, then it does define him as a man." That's in reference to THIS genius quote from Banner to Rolling Stone.

Due process? So if he pleads down to something minor that changes whether he is an asshole or not?

A guy and a girl in a car. Girl comes out battered. Guy is an asshole due process or not.

Oh, and you won't be seeing that Sesame Street episode with Chris Brown anytime soon. You also won't be seeing him at the NBA All-Star Game:

All due respect Buckdub, but Americans nowadays have a far greater sense of cultural amnesia now than they did when Snodgrass committed his blunder. Or Merkle's Boner took place.

They also have a thousand new ways to recall an incident that they never had before. Bill Buckner isn't forgotten, is he?

There are certain lines for a man that are uncrossable. Once they are crossed, there is no "whoops" or "that was just a one-time thing."

Being physically violent to a woman, child or the elderly is on the list. You do not want to know the rest, but beating a woman up is just so ingrained into your moral fibers, that it does label you as a person for the rest of your life.
