I am of the opinion that someone other than Thunberg is doing her sosh, but that's perfectly OK.

It’s a little sobering to imagine someone else writing those tweets on Greta’s behalf.

    She probably wrote them.

Sobering is being so triggered by a teen talking about keeping this planet livable and clean that you are “sobered” by who writes a tweet.

    hmm

Why Are Energy Prices So High? Some Experts Blame Deregulation.

On average, residents living in a deregulated market pay $40 more per month for electricity than those in the states that let individual utilities control most or all parts of the grid. Deregulated areas have had higher prices as far back as 1998.

The biggest factor, for that $40 per month, by far. ... is that is that the now "deregulated" markets had much higher utility prices to begin with. Which is why they embraced "deregulation" in the first place.

I am not sure how you write that and not even think to look at what the cost of electricity was prior to "deregulation" for the various markets. Or if you did look at that, how you write that without including that one tiny piece of information.

I think you'd have to compare rate of price rise before and after deregulation, too.
